7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHOPRA NX, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and employees from any third-party claims, losses, damages, or penalties (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
Liability Cap: In no event shall CHOPRA NX be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption). Our total aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product/service giving rise to the claim or ₹100 (Rupees One Hundred), whichever is less.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms if caused by events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, government restrictions, network failures, or civil disturbances).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
